With summer getting hotter every year, many people are considering a 1 Ton BTU Portable AC (2026 models)instead of traditional split AC units. I wanted to start a simple and honest discussion to help If you need flexibility and don’t want permanent installation, a 1 Ton (12,000 BTU) Portable AC – 2026 model can be a practical solution. However, if you want silent cooling and maximum efficiency, a split AC might still be better.
Would love to hear from anyone who’s currently using a portable AC.
