B300S Battery at 25% - then a minute later at 0%

Hi, Have AC500 + 2 X B300S

I use 1 battery alternately

1 battery even with no load other than fridge freezer using about 300 watts a day, will suddenly lose the remaining 20% to 25% in a matter of seconds

Anybody got a fix for my problem?

Thanks in advance

@James_R
Have you tried to calibrate the SOC?
First discharge the machine to 0%, then charge it to 100% via AC. During this time it needs to be charged continuously, with no loaded. Please try to cycle twice.

If the situation still does not improve, please provide your AC500 and B300 serial numbers and our @BLUETTI_CARE team will assist you.

Hi, this is Battery 2, sorry for the delay, been overseas.

Battery serial numbers
Battery 1 = P/N:17.0301.1030-02A2
Battery 2 = P/N:17.0301.1030-01A1

Not sure if the above numbers are what you require, if not let me know how to find serial numbers.

@James_R Thank you for your response.
The SN code for AC500 can be found through the machine’s connection to the app, in the format of AC500 + 13 Arabic numerals.
The SN code for the battery pack is the number below the machine’s barcode.

Could you please double-check so that our @BLUETTI_CARE team can better assist you?

Where are the battery pack barcodes located?

Thanks in advance!

This barcode is a sticker affixed to the body of the B300S, a 14-digit string of numbers. Have you found it?

Found underneath the battery (why underneath?) this serial number/barcode
80754 Q 22370957

AC500 NUMBER Displayed in Bluetti App
AC5002232000003879

Thanks in advance!

@James_R
Thank you for providing the SN code. According to your SN code, our technicians have found that your machine already has the latest BMS firmware and no updates are available.

May I ask if you have tried two complete charge and discharge cycles?
Please try two complete charge (AC charging, do not connect appliances during the process) and discharge cycles first, and see if the problem improves.

Hi, have tried more than 2 full charge and discharge cycles as you outlined, and it made no difference.

Kind regards

@James_R If the calibration did not correct the SOC, there may be a problem with the battery. Please contact the after-sale support for the warranty.
