modelo mas nro de serie en carga manual no lo detecta, tampoco el QR
alguien le paso lo mismo ?

Hi @Durval, This is normal. The B300K does not support direct operation or connection via the app.
However, it can transmit data to the app through the connection with the main power station using the transmission cable.
Which power station is your B300K connected to?
If the main power station supports app operation, please connect them, power it on, and then tap the SOC icon in the center of the app. This will allow you to view detailed information about the B300K.

conectado a un AC200MAX, no aparece nada en Grid, estando conectado
Hi @Durval, Please correctly connect the B300K to the AC200MAX, and then lock both ends of the connection cable.
Then please make sure that the B300K is powered on. In this way, can you see the battery status of the B300K by clicking the SOC in the middle of the app?
