B300 won't charge past 1 light

I reached out to support, they had me send an email which I did, along with the requested video. I never heard back.

I got this battery, it’s had issues since it was new, but silly me didn’t reach out to support until when I really needed the battery to work. The B300 won’t charge past one light. Either through the AC200, or the direct power plug.

I tried discharging it to 0, let it sit for a few hours, and then charge it again. Then discharge it to 0, and repeat.

It won’t get past the one bar of charge.

I’ve had charging issues since new. At one point it won’t take any charge at all. It was DOA. It now takes the one bar, and then stops.

Level 1 Support wasn’t of any help, and I never heard from Level 2 support even when I sent the video of how it was behaving.

I am hesitant to buy another battery or even trust the Bluetti expansion batteries when I am stuck with this very expensive battery that doesn’t work. And I can’t get any help of significance from the support folks.

Any tricks, or should I just track it open and start testing to see what is wrong? Sounds like Bluetti isn’t going to help with a replacement or even L2 support expertise

Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t have a case number. The email subject to service@ was “Re: B300 doesn’t charge (Vince)” sent on March 28th. I sent a follow up on April 28th with the same subject.
