Hi there. Me and my girlfriend are traveling in a self converted van and we’re using your BLUETTI AC300 with 2 B300 units.
The B300 batteries are connected in parallel to the AC300, and everything is running on the latest firmware update. However, one of the batteries refuses to properly connect. It shows up on the screen but cannot provide power to my van. Only the other battery discharges when I’m using power, while the problematic battery stays at the same percentage.
Although it appears to be connected, there’s no green “on line” indicator in the settings of the AC300 for the faulty battery. The working battery does have this green light. Additionally, in the BLUETTI app, the problematic battery doesn’t display the “parallel” symbol, whereas the working battery does.
Occasionally, I get a brief error message saying that the cables are not communicating properly. When I restart the BLUETTI, the green light and the parallel symbol for the faulty battery appear briefly (just like on the working battery), but they disappear again after a few seconds.
If I only connect the faulty battery with the AC300 it does work propperly for this amout of seconds, and then it dies. (Not the battery, the AC300).
The battery starts to flicker (also 7 times).
Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?
The SN nr of the AC300 is 2217000470732.
Please feel free to push an update through whenever you want.
You would be a life saver is you could solve this problem for us. Thank you in advance!
Btw, you can always follow our story @anywherethevangoes on Instagram! Also we’re open for collabs, but that’s a topic for another day.
Hi @Anywherethevangoes, We noticed that you posted two identical posts, so we are repeating our response here.
For this issue, we have already pushed the new firmware BMS v1021.14 to you. Please upgrade and test again.
Please update each battery one by one, connecting only one B300 battery at a time. After that, please try to do a complete cycle of discharge and charge to correct the SOC. The problem will be resolved.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
- Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.

Since you mentioned an issue with the cable connection, could you try using another cable to see if the problem is with the cable?
Additionally, please test by disconnecting the B300 from the AC300 and charging/discharging the B300 independently. Does the B300 work on its own?
If the issue persists, please record a video, upload it to Google Drive or another cloud storage, and share the link with us. We will investigate further.

Hi @Anywherethevangoes, We haven’t heard back from you in a while and wanted to check if the issue has been resolved.
Additionally, please make sure the cable is properly locked in place. We recommend trying a different cable for testing.
