We have a Bluetti B300 Battery that does not work, and two that work just fine. The third battery flashed green around the power button when hooked up to our other two batteries and the AC 300 Unit. I contacted Bluetti Support at that time and they told us that the battery was working properly. Well, unfortunately, for us, the said third battery totally failed and will not power on, even when connected to the mains electrics or when connected to our PV Solar Panels directly. Even tried a hard reset with holding down power button, nothing… Please advise us… Thank you!
Tro to connect the failed battery alone to the AC300 with no other batteries connected. Be sure the tabs on the cables are properly locked. Connect the AC300 to grid charging. Does this wake up the battery?
To rule out a cable connector problem: Switch out the battery cable with a different one from your good batteries. Does this wake up the dead battery?
If neither works: Contact Support again with this information.

Thank you @TheQuickFox. I appreciate your quick response! I tried what you so kindly advised me to do. The battery did the same thing, where it showed no lights at the power button and where the charge percentage button is, there was no activity and did not start charging. I took some pictures of the error messages, below… I also tried to update the firmware for the battery, though I realised that would not work if the battery had no charge.
