So I have a AC500 connected with 4 B300 batteries. And last night I noticed that upgrades were available. I went ahead and started upgrading the system, and while doing it one of my B300 batteries would not work. I noticed that the rest of the batteries upgraded to firmware v1024.03 but this one other battery would only go to v1014.00. I tried to hook it up to my ac200L to try and do the upgrade that way but as soon as I would plug the battery to the AC200L the ac and usb led’s would flash on the front of the Ac200L.
Is there any way to get this B300 working again?
The firmware currently on my Ac500 is-
loT-v9041.10
ARM-V4044.07
DSP-4045.30
BMS on the 3 remaining batteries is v1024.04
Hi @Castilloj73, Based on your description, we believe this B300 encountered a failed upgrade.
First, please ensure that this B300 has enough power for the upgrade. Disconnect it and charge it separately.
Second, try unlocking the connect cable latch when the upgrade reaches 50%, but do not remove the cable. After the upgrade is complete, lock the cable again. Does this help?
If the issue persists, please try upgrading the B300’s BMS firmware using the AC500.
Please feel free to contact us if you need our help.
I have it charging now with a ac200max charger. Also while plugged into the charger the power light flashes every 5 seconds.
Hi @Castilloj73, We’d like to know whether the adapter’s indicator light is red or green.
How many of the five power indicator lights on the B300 are on?
After charging, can the B300 function independently?
