I have an AC200MAX with one B230 battery module. The issue arose when attempting to update the DSP firmware. Previously, both modules displayed slightly inaccurate charge levels, but this wasn’t critical. Apparently, the issue arose because both modules were turned on during the firmware update, causing the B230 to display incorrect charge levels.
The main issue is that after being powered off for a while, the B230 (at 100%) displays 67% charge when powered on, regardless of the actual charge level before powering it off. Essentially, this module now thinks 67% is the maximum charge level. If I connect it to the charger for 10-20 seconds, the system corrects the display to 100%. However, if one module displays 100% and the other (B230) is stuck at the incorrect 67%, the B230 discharges, but the AC200MAX does not. If both modules display correct values, they are discharging correctly.
I currently have the following firmware versions installed:
ARP: v4008.05
DSP: v4005.08
BMS: v1017.03
I would like to request a firmware update for SN: 2309001288866 to resolve this issue.
