I have a new ac200max and a b230 extension battery. They will not communicate with each other and the b230 will not discharge. Software is current and the ac200max will discharge, but not the b230. I have tried everything, including everything bluetti service has suggested. Please advise.
Hi @0126
did you connect the cable fully and also “lock” it with the slider? When you dont lock the connection, it wont will work.
Also check the Bluetti App for errorcodes to better locate the issue.
greetings

Hi @0126, We apologize for not noticing your post earlier. We would like to follow up on this matter.
Thank you, @Selfmadestrom, for your assistance and answers. This has been very helpful. Please ensure that the cables are correctly connected and securely locked.
Additionally, we would like to know if the B230 can charge and discharge independently when disconnected. When connected to the AC200MA, is the B230 powered on and SOC is above 20%?
Hi @0126, We haven’t heard back from you in a while and wanted to check if the issue has been resolved.
We recommend that you disconnect and test the two devices individually to determine if they can charge and discharge independently.
If their functionalities are unaffected, then we believe the issue likely lies with the cable. Please contact customer service to obtain a replacement.
Please feel free to contact us if you need our help.
