Hi
I am wanting to use my B210 for my CPAP machine overnight. It is connected to my AC200L, but I turn the AC200L off at night because the fan noise bothers me.
Last night I tried it and the B210 turned itself off even though the CPAP was running. Eco mode is turned off. There was plenty of charge left in the B210.
How can I make it stay working all night?
Thanks
Anita
Hi @Anita, We would like to know if your CPAP is connected to the B210. If so, please disconnect the B210 from the AC200L and use the B210 independently.
Under normal circumstances, the B210 should not automatically shut down when used on its own.
Hi
Yes, the CPAP is connected to the B210.
I thought the B210 would be used on it’s own if I turn off the AC200L.
Physically disconnecting the AC200L from the B210 is difficult - I have them set up in a space in my campervan where the connection point is difficult to get my hand into. Not impossible, but I wouldn’t want to do it regularly. Turning the AC200L off is easy.
Hi @Anita, I’m afraid not. Once the AC200L is paired with the B210, they function as an entirety set and cannot be powered on individually while connected.
When the AC200L is turned off, the B210 will also shut down according to the settings. We recommend that you keep the entire system powered on to support the CPAP load.
Alternatively, you could upgrade to our new Elite 200 V2 model, which is very quiet and will not affect your nighttime experience.
Hi @Anita, We still haven’t gotten your answer, we wonder if this problem is resolved.
We would like to know if the B210 returns to normal after charging and then connecting to the AC240.
Please feel free to contact us if you need more help.
Thanks for the followup.
The location makes it too difficult to disconnect and reconnect the AC200L and the B210 from each other frequently. And I find the AC200L to be too noisy at night when I am trying to sleep, which is why I bought an adapter to use my CPAP machine just with the B210 alone.
Hi @Anita, Our technical team is very concern to this matter. To assist effectively, could you please provide:
Your CPAP’s exact model number, the AC200L’s SN number, and current firmware version?
This information will enable our engineers to propose the optimal resolution.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
