Just got a B210 battery and AC200L. Charged the B210 via solar since the pairing cable was delayed in shipping. Cable arrived today and when I connected the ac200L to the expansion battery, the AC200L wouldn’t recognize it. Didn’t show up in the app either. I ran down the AC200L to about 75% and the B210 showed full still. When I power on the AC200L the B210 does turn on. Anyone else have something similar going on?
@Bluetti_Care any ideas? Called tech support and they couldn’t resolve so escalated it to the next level. Waiting for an email this week.
After trouble shooting with the next level of tech support, turns out the AC200L won’t recognize the expansion battery unless the “lock” button is in the lock position. Even though the cable was securely screwed into the AC200L, it wouldn’t recognize the expansion battery unless that blue lock button was slid into the lock position. Once I slid it to “locked” everything worked fine and the battery showed on the Ac200L screen as well as the app, and discharged along with the AC200L.

Yes, thats correct. The cable need to be fully insert and locked.
