AT1 Unable to communicate Wi-Fi or Wired Ethernet

I am setting up a new AT1 and 3 x EnergyPro 6k system. AT1 is wired to gird and house, but not yet to EP6ks. Grid pass through is working fine.

I am unable to connect the AT1 to a wireless network – it appears the network chip isn’t receiving a signal. I have tried multiple 2.4GHz network access points and am unable to connect. RSSI shows one bar even though the antenna is about 10 feet away.

I updated the app and firmware to the latest versions. Bluetooth control has no problems.

I also ran an ethernet cable from the ethernet port on the AT1 to the back of my ATT router and it connects, is seen, and is communicating, but I can’t get the app to see it no matter what I do. Where is the data going? How do I see it?

The AT1 identifies as a Windows Phone, has a valid MAC address, and accepts a DHCP IP address. It doesn’t show any of it in the APP.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having the same issue. Have you tried contacting service@bluettipower.com?

I have the AT1 with three apex 300s were you able to get the comms to work?

Odd, My AT1 lost wifi/Ethernet capability in the past week. Bluetooth still works.

I was able to get the WiFi connection working after multiple power cycles following the update.

My AT1 WiFi came back after hooking up the EMS EBOX controller to it, I just plugged it in to the AT1 comm port and it worked, no settings to adjust.

How is your EP6k + AT1 install? Were there any install issues? I am returning the EP13k’s I have due to several bugs with the AT1, it currently does not work very well. Since I already have an AT1 installed, if I can exchange them for some EP6ks, it would save time and money looking for another home backup system. Do you have 3rd party PV ac coupled via the AT1? Does it charge the ESS from Solar? Any grid charging issues or settings not working?
