I purchased a Bluetti AC300 + B300 device. The reason why I am writing to you is that I need to power a 2200W heat source, I have solar panels with a capacity of 2400Wp. I usually reach 1500-1900Wp in my conditions. During the connection of the heat source with a power of 2200W, the power from the solar panels will drop from 1500Wp to 230Wp. After forcing the AC, the power from the panels recovers to 1500Wp I saw a lot of tests before buying and never once did the power from the solar panels drop while connecting other devices. That’s why I bought the AC300. Please, how should I set the device so that the solar power does not decrease during the consumption of electricity.
The device has the latest firmware and the battery is also updated.
Hi @Kralik, Could you please provide us with the SN code of your AC300 and the firmware versions for all components?
We will check if there are any firmware updates available to resolve the issue.
Additionally, we would like to know the SOC (State of Charge) at the time of the issue, as well as the ambient temperature, since these factors could impact the charging power.
Hi @Kralik, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
We still need the BMS version of the B300, can you find it too?
You can click the SOC icon in the middle to get the battery information.
Additionally, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
The problem is solved. I got a call from Bluetti support. The problem was in the firmware, they sent me a new update remotely and everything works as I imagined.
