ARM 2185.99 will not install Elite 200 V2

Good evening,

I am trying to upgrade from ARM 2185.09 to ARM 2185.99

The process with the app and on the V2 indicates 100% success.

However subsequent checks of available upgrades within the app still show v2185.09 to v2185.99 as an option.

For completeness I have repeated this cycle several times but everything indicates I am still on ARM V2185.09

From withint the PO1 menu on the device itself the UE version is showing 8509 in the top left of the screen.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with updating the ARM Firmware please?

Welcome @VWTransporters it could be it’s an old version I’m currently on version 2186.12 if you contact @BLUETTI_CARE with your device a/n they can check if there is a new version and can push to your unit.

It sounds like you may be encountering a situation where the previous firmware was pushed as a single update. If you provide us with your serial number, we can delete the upgrade record on our end, which should resolve the problem.

Please could I ask what the version of the ARM firmware I should expect to have on my V2.

The app is no longer asking me to upgrade to 2185.99 however I now remain on 2185.09

A fellow community member mentioned that they are currently on an ARM version higher than 2185.99
