While out of town last weekend we suffered a power outage that lasted 9 hours. Integration with Apple Home Kit (Since by AC500 powers all of my electronics) would have been awesome.

Third Party integrations are a wish by many customers, including me. I personally would go with something like HomeAssistant, which is more compatibel to other things

Would be super useful if Bluetti could integrate with third party smart home environments like Hubitat. Could get so much more functionality out of my existing Bluetti system if it had an API.
Sorry to hear about the long outage — nine hours is rough. Since the AC500 is running all your electronics, HomeKit integration really would’ve made things a lot easier to monitor while you were away. It’s definitely a feature that would add real value. Hopefully BLUETTI considers it
