APP update to v3.0.3

I recently updated my app to version v3.0.3. After the update was applied, I can not select the options under Working Mode.
I can go to into the Working Mode menu and see 4 options

  1. PV Priority UPS
  2. Standby UPS
  3. Time Control UPS
  4. Customized UPS

However, I can not select any of them as it has defaulted to Standard UPS. I normally use the “Time Control UPS” mode and set schedules when to charge. I can no longer see those schedules nor can I get into the options in Time Control.

Bit annoying that an update has somehow locked the Working Mode options out.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I have a AC500 unit with B300K batteries.

Did you check your unit for a update?

Sometimes Unit + App needs a update for a certain function.

Hi Erik,

According to the app, the firmware is up to date. No option to perform update at this stage. I have done updates on the unit firmware before but none available this time round.

IOT v9041.10
ARM v4048.04
DSP v4057.03
BMS v1067.13

I still suspect that the App v3.0.3 has a bug as others have reported the same issue.

Hey Graham,

It could be indeed a bug, since in 3.0.3 they change something with the working modes. My EP2000 for example received a extra working mode. Could be they forgot something on other units.

@BLUETTI_CARE Could you report this to the App Team to have a look?
