I just purchased a new iphone 16 pro with 18.3…from an android and have a question.
Question: Does anyone have an idea about what I need to do to get the main page to give me the soc on the batteries? The main page box says ac300 offline. However, the app does register and does take me to my system when i click on the box…I’m guessing it is using Bluetooth but i am not sure how it states off line when i can connect. I’m wondering if i need to hit other buttons for the wifi to register onn that box…it does state I have some type of connection…
Immediate update it says the connection failed and to either check my connection or seek assistance from Bluetti. It does say 2.4 ghz and mine might be a 5ghz.
Thanks…
Figured it out…no idea how…went through all my settings to see what i had previously changed–because the app had worked before I monkeyed around.
i reinstalled app-pretty sure no need to .
Finally, fiddled with private relay a couple of times and now the info is back on the main page.
First time using Apple, previously had androids.
Peace.
Hi @LukeWarm, We’d like to know if you can operate your original phone? Do you need us to help disconnect your AC300 from the previous Android phone’s connection? Then you can use your new iPhone to bind with the AC300.
Yes, our WiFi band does indeed require 2.4GHz. Could you provide a screenshot of your phone’s WiFi connection interface for us to check?
We don’t have a specific user manual for the AC300 app, but the app’s operation is similar to the AC240.
Please refer to the AC240 manual via this link.
It’s all good, it has rebind properly. When i first downloaded the app for the iphone it worked fine. As you know, buy a new phone then monkey around with all of the settings…I changed some settings back and it works fine.
I also checked to see if the old app works on the old android, and it still works fine. So i now a “backup” for the system for home use.
thanks.
