Is there now an app for the Bluetti EB 55? Thanks.

EB55 dont offer any Bluetooth or Wifi connectivity. There is no way, to integrate it into the App.

Yes, you can refer to what @Selfmadestrom said.
Currently, only the EB3A model of the EB series supports BLUETTI App connection.
