We have to restart our app each time we wake our phone up to check on the unit… (mostly when phone has been away for a bit… if its nearby and only been a few minutes it works… usually)

Try deleting the app and reinstall. Should fix the problem.

Yes still doing it.
Tried all of those (including clearing cache within app and from settings) re-installed etc… phone on / off in-between each method.
Wondering if it is because we leave it on the device page not the home page… device page is the most useful though can see % charged, in / outflows etc…
no stress, we just close and open it each time we wake the phone
@Sustainable_Initiatives I think that it doesn’t matter which page you leave on. Is it possible that your phone’s storage has reached its upper limit?
