A number of loads (ranging between 1-2kW) was running through the Apex 300. At around 23:00pm, I looped the AC output of the Bluetti back into the AC input of the Bluetti, the max grid input was set to 5A (so around 600w). At that instant, the AC output turned off by itself. The AC button was flashing and the app history showed a “Grid Relay Failure” E013, at 23:00 and 23:02
I disconnected the AC loopback, turned the AC output back on, and everything seems to be working again.
Now, I know the loopback is not the normal operating procedure, but given that max grid input was set to 5A, it should not overload the inverter. What do we think is happening?
