APEX300 flashing green power button

When I press the APEX300 power button the green light is flashing for about 10 seconds and then shuts off again. No display, no charge via wall outlet, no connection via Bluetti APP for firmware update etc.
Does anyone have an idea?

I had my Apex 300 do this same thing back in September (2025). Ultimately my Apex 300 had an internal fault and I needed to send it in to Bluetti. I also had a hardware issue with my SolarX 4K at the same time, so I cannot say for sure what the ultimate cause of the failures was. Bluetti replaced the failed Apex 300, and the replacement, which runs 24x7 providing power to my essential circuits in my home, has been flawless.

I will tag @BLUETTI_CARE in this posting so Bluetti can provide assistance. It may be useful to make a short video of the issue for them.
