Just after plugging in a small appliance to one of the left 2 AC sockets, I realized the volt switch had been moved to 240v on accident! I quickly set it back to 120v but and nothing bad happened. Even before I bought these 2 Apex300s I remember thinking’ that switch looks very easy to accidentally move. Shouldn’t it be a locking switch of some type?
Bad things can happen if you move it to 240 with 120 appliances plugged in, right?
And are the left two AC outlets somehow safer than the right two? I thought I saw something. Any advice on how not to blow appliances up is welcome.
I am reading the manual and watching videos and I understand this is a complex device that takes some research. I should use the Lock feature in the app, right? I just remembered that…but ti probably doesn’t physically lock the switch? Thanks for you thoughts! -Joe
