Apex 300 WIFI/Bluetooth Connectivity Problems

I have been connecting just fine to my Apex 300 via WiFi and bluetooth since I purchased it; however, I am suddenly unable to connect to my Apex 300 either with WiFi or bluetooth. When I try to connect via WiFi choosing “the cloud” through the iPhone app, I get the window that prompts me to choose “Reset WiFi”, “Bluetooth” or “Cancel.”

If I choose"Reset Wifi", the app shows I’m connected to my local wifi network and connected to the Bluetti cloud. It also presents me with the IP and MAC address. So, the network information is definitely known to the Apex 300 unit. But, I still can’t connect. I go into an endless loop to “Reset Wifi”.

If I choose “Bluetooth” in the app, the only “green” status is the battery level of “100%”. Unfortunatley, PV, Grid, DC, and AC icons are all greyed out. So, I’m unable to control the Apex 300 via bluetooth, either.

I have tried (in varioius combinations):

  • Unbinding/Rebinding the apex 300
  • Toggling wifi and bluetooth on the apex 300 via the LED screen on the apex 300
  • Unpluging apex 300 from the wall (grid power) and power-cycling the apex 300
  • Power-cycled the iPhone

The iPhone app connects fine to my AC300, AC50B, and various EB3A generators which leads me to believe the app is working properly and that the problem is local to the Apex 300 unit. It’s as if the unit is configured properly but is unable to communicate.

I cannot tell what versions of ARM, DSP, or BMS I’m running on the apex 300 because that information isn’t available to me without connectivity As such, I’m also unable to update firmware or software.

Can anyone provide some additional troubleshooting ideas? It’d be nice if we could download firmware to a thumbdrive and be able to plug it into the unit without having to rely on wifi or bluetooth; but, that’s a dream for the future.

Really hoping someone can help. Thanks in advance!
