Hi @BLUETTI_CARE Just got my Apex 300 UK version. There are no updates available at the moment.
Couple of issues. Max grid current is set at 10A and not changeable.
If I go into Pro mode it only lets me select from 10 - 15A. Now anything above 13A is unsafe in the UK from a wall outlet so not so sure that above 13A is a good idea. Also Why can’t I set below 10A? At 240V 10A is already 2400 watts and I want to be able to set 3A. Range should be 1-13A or 3-13A.
DC Input source is completely empty. I think this is supposed to have option to remove the current restriction below 30 Volts so we can use the full 20A, but no options are here. Perhaps it is because I have a panel connected already?

A really big issue is the relay cycling at under 10Volts. When it starts to get dark and the voltage hits 10V or lower the relay clicks every few seconds it’s quite loud and quite a problem. I had to unplug the panels.
Hi @Sideeffect, We fully agree with your opinion. For ordinary customers, an electric current exceeding 13A in the UK may be unsafe for household appliances, and we have fed this back to the technical manager.
Regarding the issue of relay switching when the light is insufficient, we have developed a new ARM to fix it. Please provide us with your SN code, and then we will push it to you. Please test it after upgrading.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
Great thanks. Looking forward to the relay fix.

Loving the Apex so far. Hope the range can be adjusted with fix soon as currently having to use the silent mode switch to adjust charging speed below 2400 watts. Would be nice to have 1A - 10A configurable like on the AC300.
Hi @Sideeffect, Thank you for providing the detailed information. We have now applied to push the new firmware for you.
However, due to the weekend holiday, it will be completed next Monday. Please upgrade and test it then.

I got the updates last night.

A problem I am noticing is that the MPPT is quite aggressive with reducing the panel voltage during times of shading or cloud, my 30 volt (Vmp) panels are constantly dropping to 20 volts. This could be good for series setups to get marginally more power output, but is not good for parallel setups because during times when one panel is shaded while the other is not the reduced voltage limits the power output significantly.
Is there anything that can be done to stop this behaviour? I feel a lot of people will be using parallel setups due to the restricted voltage and high current capabilities of the Apex so keeping as high a voltage as possible should be the ideal. Dropping to 20V to generate only 10 watts more power in cloudy conditions is not worth losing 100-150 watts in parallel setups when one panel is shaded while the other is not.
The AC300 MPPT is not so aggressive and the voltage remains about the same during cloudy or sunny periods. The voltage variation on the AC300 is around ±10% at most.
I now have the DC input source options in the App which is great. Thank you. I still can’t reduce the Grid input current though.
