Is there a way to set time on the Apex 300?
I’m trying to set peak/off peak charging and it all seems wrong, like it was set for the wrong time zone or the internal clock was off. Time zone in the app is set correctly.
I think I know what the issue was. After initial setup the unit was using cloud connection. Once I switched to Bluetooth, it all started working correctly (even after switching back to cloud). I still don’t know if it’s possible to see the internal clock of the Apex300, but I’m glad it’s working now.
Hello and thank you, I had the same problem. I would still like to use it th8rough the cloud to be able to manage it when I am not at home. I did some tests and when I am in cloud mode, my machine was 3 hours ahead.
Hello,
To help us better understand the issues you are facing, please describe your situation according to the following details:
Custom UPS Mode Settings:
- 00:00 ~ 10:00: No charging (power supply to the load from the portable power source)
- 10:00 ~ 16:00: Charging (charging to 100%, then powering the load from the external AC100V input, i.e., bypass mode)
- 16:00 ~ 23:59: No charging (power supply to the load from the portable power source)
Current Symptoms of AORA100V2:
- Charging Time: Set to start charging at 10:00, but it begins charging around 9:00 and continues until the battery reaches 100% (without any load during this time).
- Load Situation: Load starts around 13:00, initially using both bypass and battery (as shown in the 13:05 image). After some time, the battery level drops to 76% (as shown in the 13:39 and 13:40 images). I would like this to remain at 100%.
- Mode Switching: In the above state, when switching to standard UPS mode, external AC100V power is used. Additionally, after 16:00, the load uses only battery power (this part operates correctly).
Please use these points to describe the issues you are experiencing, so we can provide more accurate assistance.
On my Apex300 I only had to switch it to Bluetooth mode once to set the time. I can use it in both cloud and Bluetooth and the timers work fine now.
