I have been a Bluetti customer for 3 years, with the AC300 product and thought I would try out the Apex 300. I pre-ordered with the crowdfunding campaign as the specifications and price looked great. I guess lesson learned you get what you pay for.
On top of prepaying for the product you get subpar support as the regular support forwards you to crowdfunding group for support and there SLA is 48 hours to respond. It has taken me 2 weeks of troubleshooting with them and a week to get an RMA approval. Now I have shipped the defective unit back and it was received a few days ago. I have asked for updates with NO response 48 hours later.
This has been very frustrating… Any suggestions on getting this resolved?
