Hi, I recently purchased an Apex 300, b300K battery and D1 second hand. Absolutely delighted to now have it home and working well alongside my other Bluetti products. Unfortunately the product is bound to the previous owner and he lives 60 miles away. He tried to unbind it but seemingly it has to be connected for him to do so. If I note the serials can someone from support unbind it as I want to add solar to it and monitoring will be far easier with the app
