Anyone successfully hook up a 2 wire connection to an inverter/generator for an Apex 300? And get it to autostart to charge up the Apex and additional batteries?
I did that with my Generac 20kw generator by purchasing a 2 wire start kit and a wireless remote switch from Amazon to close the connection to start and to open the connection to stop. I wish BLUETTI would come out with a box that can do just that start and stop generator from the app. Maybe they are working on it. The good part about doing what I did is I can turbo charge my system in 2 hours then go a day and a half on batteries if I wish. I used it several times during the winter when my solar panels were covered in snow. Usually I can charge the system up in 10 hours of daylight.
