Some of us have minor issues (already documented with support) with the touchscreen, but certainly don’t want to pack up the head unit and ship it off. Mine needs the APP to turn AC/DC outputs on and off. Plus I’m unable to change the AC input settings. It’s stuck at the 15 Amp limit, and the APP won’t help me here.

The Touchscreen may have other problems several years down the road and having an APP like this would really come in handy.
This question can only be answered by the Bluetti App Devs. But sure, it would be great to control the unit fully via App. Atleast via Bluetooth or a local wireless connection
