Сan't turn off the Bluetti Elite 100 V2

I can’t turn off the Bluetti Elite 100 V2.
Apparently, it’s a hardware problem.
The reviews on the site where I purchased it contain the same problem as mine.
Can you confirm this is a defective batch?

It was purchased in October 2025.
Since then, it’s successfully turned off several times, but a month ago, the button simply stopped responding.

I have an Elite 100 V2 but I refuse to update it less I absolutely need to. It will remain on the stock firmware until it fails. With that said, I know the Elite 200 has a “Sleep Mode” setting available in Advanced Settings which may explain why it refuses to turn off. You can try ENABLING eco mode to see if it forcibly turns off when you hold the power button. Also make sure its not connected to grid power which is another reason why its not turning off.

Hello, please provide the firmware. Is the inability to shut down only when connected to AC or PV power? If so, this is normal.

Hi. Does your station turn off with the ON/OFF button—specifically when it’s plugged in? How do you turn it off? Do you always unplug the power cord? Is that normal?

Hello! After updating the firmware, the Premium 100 V2 station won’t turn off using the ⎋ button on the front control panel when connected to a 220V power source. Before the update, I used the ON/OFF button to turn it off, but now I have to physically unplug the power cable. This is very inconvenient. Question: How can I restore the previous ability to turn off the station using the ON/OFF button without unplugging the power cable? @BLUETTI_CARE Can this issue be resolved with a firmware update? I will also fill out a request form regarding error 114 in Ukraine due to low voltage. Thank you for your assistance in resolving my issue

I have an open post about my Elite 30 V2 not working the same after updating. I question Bluetti’s software regression testing quality before releasing updates.

Could you confirm whether the issue occurred right after the firmware update? If so, we will attempt to roll back to the original firmware for you.
If the problem persists, we will arrange warranty service.
Please provide your Premium 100 V2’S SN number and the current firmware version so we can follow up on this case.

That’s right, after updating the firmware to v2200.14, the station does NOT turn off when connected to a power outlet with a power cable. Previously, I could turn it off by simply pressing the ⎋ button on the front panel. This is very inconvenient: constantly connecting and disconnecting the power cable. Perhaps we should roll back to the old firmware that was before version 2200.14? To restore the previous capabilities!? I have another question: I recently requested an update for Ukraine due to low input voltage for charging the station. And I received the update to v 2200.16. But for me, it is very important to be able to turn off the station with the ⎋ button when connected to a 220V network with a power cable. SN: PR100V22527000123236. IOT: 2525003162242. ARM: v2186.16.
