I was looking at purchasing a B300 expansion battery for my AC200MAX. The product description for the B300 says it will only accept 200W of solar power. I currently have 400W of solar panels. By connecting it to the AC200MAX, will this increase the maximum allowable solar input?

The mentioned 200W Solar Income are the specs for the buitin MPPT from the B300. You can charge it standalone too.
Cant say how much the AC200Max can charge a B300. But you can connect more solarpower to AC200Max that to a single B300 for sure.

AC200max takes 900w from solar as a base configuration. It can handle more if using the charge enhancer if you get one
