AC70P not charging on 12V DC carport

Hello,

i ran into an issue today with my AC70P.

I plugged it in to charge via my carport, charging went up to 80W and then shut off.
It no longer charges now through the DC 12V port, wherever i plug it in. It just doesn’t react.
I checked all 12V output on the car and they are fine.
I did a firmware update on the AC70P
I did a hard reset through the app.
But still no charging on 12V DC Carport.

Please provide a solution for this.

Could you please provide me with your device’s SN code and firmware version information? After that, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the machine’s discharge temperature range.
  2. Check if the machine is displaying any error codes.
  3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not outputting power, use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the socket to see if it is normal.
  4. If none of the above show any abnormalities, try connecting other devices to see if they work.
