AC70P inverter error E004

Hello,

I received error message E004 (Inverter Output Failure) on my AC70P after activating the AC switch.

Unit SN: AC70P2403001565535
Firmware: ARM 2122.07, DSP 2112.06

The device was purchased in Ukraine last year.

Is it possible to repair this issue through a firmware upgrade on my end?

Hello,

To address the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that all firmware in the app is updated to the latest version.
  2. Disconnect all loads and then restart the machine.
  3. If the machine still reports the relevant short circuit error while under no load after restarting, it will need to be sent in for repair.

Hi,
I encountered the same problem a couple of days ago. If the station isn’t connected to the power grid, the inverter doesn’t work! I’ve rebooted it several times, but nothing helps. Have you found a solution or sent it in for repairs?
