I recently purchased a Bluetti AC70P power station. Everything works great, no problems whatsoever.
However, I’ve noticed that the fans run constantly when the UPS mode is enabled or disabled. The load is about 120-150 watts (computer, monitor, Wi-Fi). I heard that they are supposed to turn on only every 15-20 minutes.
How can I make the fans stop running constantly? Is there a way to adjust this behavior? Additionally, are you able to provide me with the firmware file? I would like to try reinstalling it, as I suspect this might be a software glitch.
What are the potential risks of the fans operating this way? Could it lead to premature wear or other damage to the unit?
o clarify, are the fans continuously running without stopping? Please note that if the unit is overheating, the fans will run continuously to cool it down.
Hello,
I’m sorry, but there are currently no firmware updates available. To rule out temperature and load effects, please let the machine sit for 2 hours and then restart it (without any load). Check if it continues to run. If it does, we will need to arrange for a repair.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me!
What are the risks of the fan operating constantly, apart from wear and tear? Other than that, the device works perfectly and meets all specifications
My main question is, should I consider sending it for a repair check-up because of the constant fan, or is this not a cause for concern as long as the unit is working correctly?
The main purpose of the fan running continuously is for cooling, and it will not affect other aspects. Therefore, you can safely use the device as a backup unit.
