Followed all recommended steps in the app, still not working
Car cable charge works.
Hi @Kram, We wonder is there any instability in the power grid in your area?
We suggest you log into the Bluetti app, upgraded all the firmware to the latest one. After that, please go to Advanced Settings, find the Grid Self Adaptation mode, and then change the charging mode to Silent Charging. Does this make a difference?
