AC70 Won’t Charge Flashing “Grid” and Red Alarm

Hello,

Please follow these steps to check your device:

  1. Check in the APP to ensure all firmware versions are up to date.
  2. Verify if the Grid is online on the screen and if there is input voltage shown in the APP’s AC input interface. If the Grid is not displayed and the voltage in the AC input information shows 0V, please check if the AC charging cable is securely connected and properly plugged into the outlet. Try using a different wall socket for charging.
  3. Check if there are any error messages on the screen.
  4. In the APP, go to “Advanced Settings” and enable the grid adaptive mode.
  5. Try setting the charging mode to silent mode.
  6. If using another inverter (like EcoFlow) or a generator to charge the AC70, check if the wall charger can charge normally. If the wall charger works, the issue may be with the inverter or generator output voltage or frequency being unstable and exceeding our unit’s input range.
  7. If you still cannot charge after trying the above, please click the AC input icon in the APP to enter the AC input interface, record a video, and contact the technical team.
