AC70 Error E010

Hi, started to getting this error on my AC70 station

i have tried:

to change charging mode (same error)

to charge from another my bluetti (same error)

to charge from my car (same error)

to update software (same error)

to drain to 0 and to charge again (same error)

There is no disbalance in batteries (i have checked manually)

AC button flashes while that error is there. After reconnecting charge (no matter what method I use) its charging few minutes and then again fall to that error.

Also that error appear when using AC70 as UPS.

Please some one can help me? Maybe advice, maybe some one have similar and fix it some how :frowning:

Hello,

  1. Please first check in the app if all firmware is up to date.
  2. Please perform a charge-discharge cycle by completely draining the battery and then recharging it, making sure not to connect any load during the charging process.
  3. Can you tell me what the SOC is when the error occurs? Does it trigger an error every time the SOC reaches this value? Does the error occur during AC charging or PV charging? Will the output be cut off during the error, affecting normal use?
  4. If the issue is still unresolved, please contact the technical team.

ARM v2082.14
DSP v2085.06
(nothing more shown in Firmware Upgrade)

SN: AC702346O (or zero) 00202697

  1. Done twice, nothing.
  2. It is same for all: Eco, Normal, Turbo.
  3. You are not technical team? =O
