AC70 firmware DSP v0 Error e071. Help
Hi @xkot01, For this issue, we recommend restoring the AC70 to its factory settings and then restarting it to see if normal charging and discharging can be achieved.
Additionally, could you please provide the SN code of your AC70?
S/n 2427000049420. How to restore? Should I do it on the station or in the app?

Please log in to the Bluetti app, go to Advance Settings, and scroll down to restore factory settings. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Hi @xkot01, Unfortunately, we cannot pinpoint the cause of the issue right now. We suggest contacting customer service to arrange for a repair.
After the machine is returned to our warehouse, our team will conduct tests and carry out the necessary repairs.
I ordered a station to Poland, with subsequent transportation to Ukraine. Do you have a service center in Ukraine that can fix it here under warranty?

If it is our official store Or our authorized seller, yes, a warehouse in Ukraine could repair it, but you should afford the postage.

Can you take a photo of the serial number of your AC70? Which is a white labor that is pasted on the bottom or side of your machine.
