AC60P output level

Is there a reason the AC60P AC output level is zero when I have a light connected as shown below? I have also noticed the DC output level stays around 5 watts with two phones charging which should be drawing a lot more than 5.

@afsfv If the AC output of AC60P is less than 15W, it will not be displayed. For the DC side, the charging power depends on your phone.

Thanks for the quick responses!

I read the AC60P will turn off after some time if it isn’t powering anything. Does that happen if the lamp requires less than 15W, eg displaying 0W? Also, why isn’t it displayed when less than 15W?

Regarding DC for the phones, just one of the phones is rated at 30W. If I use the phones AC USB charger with the AC60P then I see it supplying around 30W but not more than 5W when I try using the USB on the AC60P. How can I test if the DC connectors are functioning correctly?

Hi @afsfv

To my knowledge the energy saving mode does not turn of the unit, its only turn of the AC Outlets if they are on but not in use for hours. @BLUETTI_CARE correct me if im wrong please.

About the charging speed over USB, it really depends on what USB you are using. For what i see the USB-A can output 5V 3A which is equal to about 15W. The actual charging speed depends mostly on your phones battery level. Its the phone that control the charging current, not the AC60P.

When your Battery is in the sweetspot, you may charging faster with the USB-C Plug. But at the end, it will also slow down.

Hope this helped your to better understand!

greetings
Erik

Thanks @Selfmadestrom . I tried to connect a timer to AC so that lamp would turn on a few hours every day but this didn’t work. I was away so I don’t when it switched off but the AC60P didn’t stay on. I guess the timer doesn’t draw enough current. I wish it was possible to force the AC to stay on - @BLUETTI_CARE .

Regarding the USB, I have never had 15W for the phones even though they will draw more than that. It will only go above 5-8W if I use it to charge my laptop via USB C and then I get about 80W.

It certainly has not been as straight to use the AC60P as with my old Goal Zero 1500X.

@afsfv Under ECO mode, when the set conditions are reached, the corresponding output will be turned off. When neither DC nor AC is turned on, the machine will automatically shut down if there is no other operation within one minute.

Good day! I received my AC60P station today. One point worries me! The sound of my refrigerator from the mains and from the battery is very different. Also, the light in the refrigerator flickers when working from the battery. It seems that there is little voltage in the sockets. And I also think that the problem arose after I updated the station to the latest version of the firmware. What can you advise?

Upd. If i change 50hz to 60hz the fridge works fine. But the documentation for the refrigerator states that it needs 50 Hz. Maybe you confused hertz in the latest firmware?
