AC60P: Damaged due to overvoltage charging

Hi

I managed to damage the DC Solar input when connecting to a water turbine.
Dumb I know.

Has anyone had some thing similar and had it repaired?
Which circuit board needed replacing etc?
Main board or the vertical board on the Main board?

Just a pain to send the whole unit for repair when a circuit board change would suffice.

Thanks

These things happen. You will need a (paid) repair. As far as I learned from other threads: Bluetti does not seem to sell parts to end users who want to repair their own unit. Which is a drawback with all of the movement towards right to repair. But as long as Bluetti still services the model then they should be able to get you a paid repair. You should ask @BLUETTI to see what options they have. You can also try to ask your seller if they offer out-of-warranty repairs.

Who is the Bluetti Service company in New Zealand please?

Thanks

Hi @WJS, We currently don’t have a service center in New Zealand. We assume you purchased it through a distributor, is that correct?

Please DM us and provide your order details, and we will coordinate with the distributor to check if they can provide the necessary parts from their warehouse.

To confirm which part needs to be replaced, we’ll need you to provide photos for further clarification.

Thanks to @TheQuickFox for the kind answers and help!
