Used my AC60 while camping and it worked great! Brought it home and didn’t plug it in for a few days and it went down to 3%. I plugged it into grid but it won’t charge and flashes the “grid” icon on the display. I noticed that its somehow set to 50Hz which would explain why it won’t charge from the 60Hz grid but even after connecting to the output on an AC180 that I set to output 50Hz it still wouldn’t charge. To make matters worse, I’m unable to connect to it via bluetooth (the bluetooth icon is OFF) so I can’t change any settings.
I am able to charge it via solar, however, but I’d really like to be able to change the inverter setting back to 60Hz.
Hi @tripzero, Yes, you can switch 50/60 HZ via the AC/DC power buttom on the AC60 unit.
Please follow the steps below to set it:
Setting Mode
When the screen is on, press and hold the AC and DC Power Buttons for about 2 seconds till the output frequency flashes to enter the Setting Mode.
In the Setting Mode, press the DC Power button to navigate through the setting items. When the Hz icon flashes on the screen, press the AC Power Button to switch Hz.
Hi @tripzero, We are very concerned about the issue you’re facing. The problem is only about the bluetooth icon is OFF on the AC60, is that so?
In fact, the Bluetooth on your AC60 is already enabled, but the Bluetooth icon will only display on the AC60 screen once it is paired with a phone.
Please register on the Bluetti app and bind your AC60, after which the Bluetooth icon should display correctly.
I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Hi @tripzero, We still didn’t get your answer, we wonder if the problem is resolved. Can you let us know?
Please remember to @BLUETTI_CARE ; otherwise, I may not find your reply in a timely manner.
The bluetooth icon is not visible and I cannot connect to the device via bluetooth. When I try to connect to the device in the app it displays an error “AC602316000… not found.”
I removed the device via the app and rebound it by scanning the QR code but it still won’t connect. When I removed try to add with discover, the app sees a device called “AC60666666” which seems wrong. It won’t connect to that device either.
Even after switching to 60Hz, it still won’t charge from the grid.
