AC60 not charging from mains

Hi. My AC60 has suddenly stopped charging when plugged into the mains. Everything else works fine. Its now down to 9 percent charge. Solar charging still seems to work, but not mains charging.

Ive tried a different kettle lead, and a different power socket, so i have ruled them out.

Ive done a factory reset from the app, and that has made no difference.

It has been charging fine for about 3 months from the mains. It now doesnt even wake up when the mains are switched on, its like its dead…

Anyone got any ideas?

Update: I think the internal fuse has blown.

Its hard to read the writing on the fuse, i think it says 15 amp though.

Can anyone confirm that, before I get a replacement?

Yet another update:

It’s NOT a 15amp fuse… it’s a FIVE amp fuse… After zooming into the engraving on the metal bit of the fuse, it says T5AH… not 15A…

So I’ve ordered these off Amazon…

  1. Has the AC60 reported any error?
  2. Please check if it is not charging due to weak power grid first.
    It is recommended to turn on Grid Self-adaption Mode first. If still can not be solved, you need to contact customer service to return the machine for repair.

No, there aren’t any error messages, and I’ve already tried switching on grid self-adaption mode, and it makes no difference.
