My 3 yr old AC50S now only shows input power of 5w whether I’m charging via A/C port in back or via either of my Bluetti 120W solar panels. Tried different power supply for AC and still get same result. Also tried each of my solar panels with my Bluetti EB3A and charges it fine. So assume A/C power supply and solar panels are good. Any ideas?
Hi @rcarlson1957, Could you confirm the battery level of the AC50S when the issue occurred?
Can you exclude the AC adapter’s problem?
If so, unfortunately, it seems like the only option would be to contact customer support to arrange a repair.
