AC50B - AC output not working

Hi,

I purchased the AC50B recently. I don’t know why the AC output does not work, but the DC output does work. I can charge my phone on DC but not on AC. I also tried connecting a computer monitor to the AC output and it does not work.
The unit is charged to 100%. Please help.

Hi @recap.07.tangs, For this issue, please confirm that the AC output is turned on. Is the ambient temperature suitable?

Additionally, log into the Bluetti app and check if all firmware is up to date. Are there any error messages displayed on the app?

Make sure the AC output frequency of the AC50B matches that of the connected device. Also, in the app, click on the AC output icon to access the AC output information page and check if the AC output voltage is normal.

If there are no abnormalities, please try connecting a different AC load. We will further investigate the issue for you.

Unfortunately it has not been resolved. I have been in contact with customer service from BLUETTI and I must say I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED! The AC50B did not last two full charges. It is a shame that you sell a product like this.
I must say it is a no buy. NO MORE BLUETTI for me.
