I installed my AC500 plus two B300S batteries in August 2024. On 3 occasions the batteries have discharged to zero overnight. 1st time from 60% charged to 0%, 2nd time from 45% charged to 0% and 3rd time from 35% charged to 0%.
My normal load which uses around 20% per night was connected on all three occasions.
Any reason why my system is occasionally discharging to zero like this?
Welcome @Rickyhhh first port of call I would say is to recalibrate the bms to see it that sorts your problems. It can go out of sync either after a firmware update or if you never calibrated the batteries after a couple of months.
