I have my AC500 paired with 2 B300K batteries, charging through solar, operating in the “PV Priority Mode” and switching to grid power if the state of charge ever drops below 20%. This powers my home office.

About 3 weeks ago the AC500 started randomly turning off my AC output. I’ve updated everything, i’ve tried switching in and out of “Eco Mode,” I’ve switched the work mode to “Standard UPS,” I’ve reduced the AC output usage, I’ve lowered the “Max Grid Input Current,” I"ve unplugged the AC500 from the grid. The only thing that seemed to help was unplugging the AC500 from the grid. The system went a few days without shutting of the AC output, but yesterday it started acting up again. Any ideas? I’m in discussions with Bluetti support without success.

We would like to know if the AC500 can log in to the APP normally. If it can, please first upgrade all firmware to the latest version. Please click the Data page on the screen to find the historical error codes.
Since you mentioned that you have contacted the customer service team, could you please provide your service ticket number? We will arrange an upgrade service for you.
Yes, it can connect to the app. Firmware is upgraded. The Bluetti service team even sent me a special update to do over the app. I did it over the weekend but the problem persists. There are no error codes.
