Have a AC500 connected to a B300S. The Ac500 will not turn on at all until connected to the B300S.
Is there something wrong with the AC500?
what am I missing?
@Chaza The AC500 is an inverter and does not have a built-in battery. So you have to connect the battery pack to turn it on.

As by @BLUETTI mentioned, the AC500 doesnt have a build in battery and requires atleast one B300S to work. When connecting the B300S, make sure the cables are on inserted fully both sides and lock both ports with the slider on the plug.
If you done this, there shouldnt be any problem to enjoy you AC500 + B300S
