AC500 - No more data for the Daily Power Profile

since yesterday, 2024-09-26 8:30 (UTC+1) there are no data
for the Daily Power Profile.

i think there was a firmware related problem to missing reports. Could you check if you have the latest bluetti app version and AC500 firmwares?

DSP: v4047.30

App version 2.3.6

Hi @digait, According to your record before, your AC500’s SN number is end in 7655, is that so?
We have applied to upgrade your IOT. Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
