I bought the charger adapter cable, but it only charges at 120v.
(both Jasonoid and hobotech videos show it’s capable of charging at 240v)
So are there multiple versions of this cable that work at 120 & 240v? what do I need?

Hi @bluetti_zoomzoom
im not really into the topic, since we dont have that in europe, but isnt 240V only supported, when you have two AC500 that are connected in Split-Phase-Mode?
@BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE Please correct me, if im wrong.
greetings
Erik
You can plug it into a 240v 50 amp outlet but only one of the two 120v legs goes into the AC500. 120v x 50a will get you the 5000w max input of the AC500.
That screen shot is for two AC500’s running in split phase at 240v. If you have one AC500 it can only run in single phase at 120v. To answer your original question yes there are two different cables, one for split phase (2 AC500’s) and one for single phase (1 AC500).
No it is not, it is a screenshot from the video I posted where he is charging a SINGLE unit from a car charger.
Maybe I’m wrong, I always assumed the AC500 would only do split phase 240 which required two units. Didn’t know it would do three wire 240.
