Hi,
viewing the daily power profiles there are ALWAYS (a lot of) interruptions
when charging DC from solar panels.
Why? The batteries were not full.
When I see the profiles of other users here in the forum
there is not such interruption.

I have the same result with an AC300…I’m interested in the answer…
The Bluetti team does not have any explaination?
Hi @digait and @Alchimiste, I am sorry for not noticing your post earlier.
Could you please provide the SN code and IOT version of your AC500/AC300?
We would like to resolve the issue by pushing a new firmware update.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
I have the same problem.

Hi @Akel, We’re more than happy to assist you.
Can you find out the AC500’s current IOT version for us?
We can’t upgrade the new IOT firmware without it.
I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I don’t see that option. I did just find the IoT Firmware upgrade but still don’t see that profile. It’s version v9041.10
I’m using a AC300 and this behavior came with an update. I think it goes along with the level/fluctuation of the ac-load.
Hi @Akel, We have optimized the app’s energy statistics in the latest IOT v9041.10. There are no further updates available.
If you are still experiencing intermittent data, it might be related to your Wi-Fi signal.
Alternatively, you could try uninstalling the Bluetti app, re-downloading it, and clearing the cache, which may help resolve the issue.
